Terms and Conditions
1. Taking in PAID ORDERS only. First come first serve basis. No reservation/booking. No payment = no order.
2. Payment must be made within 24 hours after we confirm your order and had invoiced you.
(For sprees, payment not made after 24 hours, orders will be cancelled.)
(For masks instock or accessories instock, payment not made after 24 hours, items will be put on sale to the next interested buyer.)
3. Strictly no backorders. If you do wish to back out, payment and item will not be returned.
4. There will be 2 payments. 1st payment is to be made before ordering and 2nd payment is to be made when the items arrived. (For sprees only)
For Masks / accessories Instock, only 1 payment.
5. Please indicate your real name when using I-banking. For ATM, a screenshot of your receipt is needed due to lots of fraud cases nowadays. We will not hesitate to take actions on you should you try to scam on us.
6. Please do not use inter-bank transfer. If need to, please inform us beforehand.
7. Please use the order form and double check your order before sending us your order. We had the right not to accept your order. As it is very time consuming to check the mistakes out for you 1 by 1.
8. No amendment is allowed after the order had been mailed to us and payment had been made.
9. We will not be responsible if merchant ships a wrong order accidentally. However, we will double check all orders before ordering.
10. We will not be responsible if merchant ships wrong or damaged items. All costs of exchange will be borne by you if you want to ship back to the country.
11. We reserve the rights to extend or cancel the spree if response is poor or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be made.
12. Similarly, if an item becomes sold out at the point of ordering, we will inform via email and refund you the OOS item.
13. Updates will be done via mass emails. Please check both your Inbox and Junk Mail folder.
14. We will email all spree-ers to confirm the details of local distribution when the items arrived. Spree-ers who do not respond to our email 7 days after we inform that the items have arrived will have their items confiscated and give to charity.
15. In the event that you request for special packaging like postpac or box, it will incur extra cost.
16. Combining postage is allowed for your own orders. The time taken to processed combine postage request would take slightly longer. Please be prepared to wait with patience if you wish to opt for combined postage. Otherwise, do not opt for combined postage.
17. We will not be responsible for any lost mail via normal mail. Registered mail is always recommended with an additional of $2.24. You get to track your mail.
18. Please do not join the spree or order from us if you are uncomfortable with the above terms and conditons.

1st payment = Total amount in NT / 20.5 + handling fees

Payment for USA sprees
1st payment = Total amount in USD x 1.38 + handling fees
2nd payment = Shipping fees (depends on the things you buy. different season different postage price) + Local postage (depends on your items weight)
How to Spree with Us?
- Is easy!
- Simply go to the respective spree that you want, copy the order form and e-mail us your orders!
- After that, wait for our reply e-mail.
- Once we have send you back an confirmation e-mail, do transfer the money over within 24hrs!
- If within 24 hrs we do not receive your payment, you will be blacklisted by us.

Dear all, many have been worrying about fake My Beauty Diary masks appearing nowadays.
We got to show you how to differentiate a real My Beauty Diary Masks and A fake My Beauty Diary Masks.
Firstly, 1 of the example is For a REAL My Beauty Diary Masks, there will be imprints at the front like this shown on the picture. For a FAKE My Beauty Diary, there isn't any.
Not to worry, as we handpicked and import the masks from taiwan, all masks from sprees-heaven will have this imprints. Whether it is light or hard, it is real as long as there is this imprint on it.
ButPlease take note that some of the masks have super light imprint or little imprint on it. It's hard to feel or see. Especially Apple masks. Some of the batches do not have imprint at all.Please do not be alarm.
Secondly, another way is to check the serial no. at the back of the masks. They should have alphabet.
Thirdly, it will be the tearing part is 1cm from the top. The fake masks are longer than 1cm.
Fourthly, the real masks packaging seals are very nicely done. For Fake masks, the packaging are very messy and badly done.
Fifthly, the real masks have the flavour in it. Example if you buy a mixed berries masks, when you open the masks, you can smell mixed berries in it.For a fake mask, there's no flavour smell.
Sixthly, the packaging of the masks itself. The real masks packaging are very vibrant. For Fake masks, they are very dull. The colours are not as vibrant as the real masks packaging.
Seventhly, if the My Beauty Diary masks are bought at $1 or less at normal times other than clearances sale. It is likely to be fake. Because MBD cannot go lower than that even after all the shipping fees included from taiwan.
Do note that the above picture belongs to Sprees-Heaven. The style of photo-taking is there and if it is found on other site without the permission of sprees-heaven, it will be serverally deal with.

Updates.
Many have been e-mailing and asking for boxes of chocolate or cherry chocolate in boxes of 10s. Please take not that, My beauty Diary has already stop producing them. Chocolate and Cherry Chocolate are a limited edition masks for valentine's day in 2009 and 2010 respectively.
For chocolate masks, they are now in a limited edition packaging for 2011 valentine's day. Which is in a gift packaging of 6 chocolate and 6 rose. That is why we are selling them as a bundle masks on our lists.That is, you have to purchase 1 rose in order to purchase 1 chocolate.
For those asking for Hello Kitty Masks, we are very sorry that we aren't that fast enough to get them on our hands in taiwan 7-11 when they launched in earlier this year. They are only exclusive to the 7-11 in Taiwan.
Please also take note that, My Beauty Diary had long ago stop producing Yogurt, Lavender and Rice. It has been a year. We understand that Yogurt masks is very popular among most of the people. But sadly, they are not available anymore. We only left with very limited quantities of Rice masks and once it's sold. It's gone forever. So, please take note!
